I am a Trainee Solicitor at Obaseki Solicitors. I also work partime with Her Majesty's Prisons and Probation.
At Obaseki Solicitors, I deal with matters such as eviction, homelessness reviews for suitability of accommodation, and homelessness decisions. I also assist with possession proceedings and advice on s21 notices and s8 notices.
I have experience of making applications to the County Court to set aside possession orders and to suspend bailiff warrants. I also have experience dealing with disrepairs, housing overpayments, ASBOs, preparing court bundles, preparing witness statements, and preparing court forms.
I advise clients on Family matters, assess whether they are eligible for legal aid funding and proceed to make legal aid applications for funding.
Prior to working in Obaseki Solicitors, I worked as a Paralegal in a law centre assissting immigration and Employment Solicitors.
